Our 8 hour pre-purchase workshop include:

  • Education on the buying process from A-Z

  • Industry professionals (i.e. insurance agents, realtor, home inspectors, etc.) on hand to discuss their roles

  • Information on the do’s & don’ts of home buying

  • Overview and discussion of homeownership readiness, budgeting, credit, and other related topics

  • Open dialogue to ask questions and share with other participants

Our 1st Time Homebuyer’s Workshop educates potential homebuyers about the mechanics of the home buying process and equips participants with the necessary tools to make wise purchasing decisions and maintain homeownership. In some cases, completion of this class can qualify you for lower interest rates and Down-Payment Assistance.
